Who we are

Florida Trade Sites is a service of Harbor Tech AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Tampa, Florida. We design and build professional websites and provide ongoing website management and lead-response services for trade businesses in Florida. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Our services

We provide website design and build packages and optional monthly management plans. The specific deliverables, pricing, and any minimum term for a discounted build are described at the time you engage us and in your written agreement. You own your website. You may cancel a month-to-month management plan at any time, subject to any discount minimum you agreed to when accepting a bundled build discount.

Billing

Build fees and monthly plan fees are billed as described in your agreement. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Usage-based charges (such as text messaging and call tracking) may apply where those features are included in your plan.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number through our chat widget or by contacting us by text, you consent to receive text messages from Florida Trade Sites (Harbor Tech AI LLC) related to your inquiry, including customer-care and, where you separately opt in, promotional messages.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor Tech AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the claim.
